Shopping for paint, wallpaper & stain can be a very daunting task. There are so many questions to be asked and we want you to ask them, especially in-store where we can help you to the fullest. However, here is the answers to a few FAQ to help you along.

What brands do you carry?

Standard Paint & Wallpaper proudly carries interior & exterior paints from Sico & Pittsburgh paints. For exterior wood stain, we carry Sico Proluxe (formerly Sikkens) and Sico's latex exterior solid stains.

In paint sundries, we proudly carry a wide selection of brands. Wooster, Purdy, Pintar & Nour are just some of the outstanding sundry lines we carry. DAP caulking is another top seller for us here at Standard Paint & Wallpaper.

For wallpaper, we carry the area's largest wallpaper sample book collection with over 200 titles. Featuring great designs from the likes of Candice Olsen, Ronald Redding, Stacy Garcia, Kenneth James & Joanna Gaines, we have the hottest patterns for your home. Looking for a cash & Carry option, we carry 8 popular patterns in-stock that are extremely fashionable and at a great price.

What services do you offer?

We provide complimentary in-store colour consultations and computerized colour matching of paint colours. Bring us a paint chip and we will happily match it into any of our outstanding products. We also have an in-home colour consultation which is available for an additional charge. However, the service is extremely useful, affordable and may just save you money in the long run by avoiding a paint colour disaster.

Have a tired looking deck? Standard Paint & Wallpaper refinishes decks & other exterior wood. We offer power washing, deck & wood sanding, deck finish stripping, damaged board replacement and the finish staining of the deck. Feel free to visit us in-store for a discussion on how we can beauify your exterior wood.

What is your return policy?

Standard Paint & Wallpaper is happy to offer returns or exchanges on untinted paint in re-saleable condition within 30 days with a receipt. Tinted paint is final sale & we cannot offer a refund or exchange unless the product id defective. However, we are happy to attempt to tweak or adjust a paint colour for you.

In stock wallpaper is returnable within 30 days as long as the wallpaper is in re-saleable condition and accompanied by receipt. Wallpaper orders can be returned within 30 days as long as the wallpaper is in returnable condition. Wallpaper returns are subject to a 25% restocking charge that is charged by the suppliers.
